Clients do agree that they own or have permission to use all copyrighted images. By agreeing to these terms, the Client agrees to accept all penalties should they not have legal permission to use provided images.

All designs and layouts are copyright of MokaDesign, LLC, while the images in the designs remain the property of their respective owner. MokaDesign, LLC claims all rights to use the designs and layouts for any promotional use including web, print and email. Appropriate copyright credit information will be provided to owners in a form as a notation near images.

All website content is owned by MokaDesign, LLC and shall NOT be redistributed, modified or downloaded without prior consent.
