Do you printed albums to Pros?
- Currently we do not offer wholesale printed albums to professionals. You can have your album designs printed with any album company you wish.
I'm ready to order a design, where do I start?
- Email us to setup an ftp account, complete the registration form under the Process section.
What sizes do you design?
- We only design in SQUARE FORMAT. But we can do any size in that format. 5x5 to 12x12 or larger by request.
How will we view the album proof?
- When your initial design is done we will send you a link where you and/or your client can view a slideshow of the design.
How many images should we submit for a design?
- The number of images to submit will be determined by the design style and the type of book. For a wedding album, an average of 2 images per page is the perfect number. Guestbooks are usually designed with 1 per page or 1 per spread to allow space for guests to sign within the book.
What type of files will we receive when the album design has been completed?
- jpeg files will be sent digitally for you to submit to your album company. InDesign files may be purchased for an additional cost.
May we purchase PSD or InDesign files?
- Adobe InDesign files are available for purchase at an additional cost. PSD files are not available because we do not design in Photoshop.
Do you offer image retouching?
- We do offer image color correction and retouching at additional fees. Please inquire about this pricing.
How do we request changes?
- After you view your proof online, you can create a list of changes that you would like to make. Included in your list needs to be: # of the side being changed, image numbers or description, positions and description of any image changes. The more detailed the better.
What do you mean by "Sides"?
- This means that if you had an open book, for instance, you would see two sides, the right side and left side. All of our pricing and design is based on sides. Guestbooks are priced for spreads, two facing sides.
